We are excited to introduce our new full-time Speech Language Pathologist, Emily Williams, CF-SLP, who serves at Windsor Place Nursing and Rehab Center.
Emily obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Science in Spanish/Secondary Education from Mississippi State University and her Master of Arts in Spanish/Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Mississippi. In addition, she was a member of the Society of Scholars at MSU and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society at Ole Miss. Emily is especially interested in helping patients with conditions associated with neurocognitive disorders, dysphagia, bilingualism, and stuttering.
Emily grew up in Tupelo, MS, and has lived in this area since kindergarten. She attends Church at Trace Crossing in Tupelo and loves studying the Bible and spending time with God and her church family. She also enjoys hiking, running, reading, cooking, and baking. Emily says, “Feel free to ask about my sourdough starters!” She is looking forward to meeting and getting to know everyone at Windsor Place.
We are thrilled to welcome Emily to our team at Windsor Place and confident that she will make significant contributions to our organization while positively impacting the lives of our patients in her new role.
